How to perform

Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, standing tall. Step forward into a lunge, lowering until your back knee is just above the floor. Drive through the front heel to bring your back leg through into the next step. Keep your torso upright and your front knee tracking over your foot. Common mistakes: taking steps that are too short, which turns it into a knee-dominant squat, and leaning forward over the front leg.
