FAQ

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How does the commission work?

Coach Pro members keep 80% of every sale. If you're on a free or premium plan and still want to sell, you keep 70%. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe.

What can I charge for a plan?

You set the price - one-time purchase or a recurring monthly subscription. Minimum is £1.99, no maximum. You can also offer plans for free.

Can I upgrade from Premium to Coach Pro?

Not yet - Coach Pro subscriptions are not open. Applying to coach is free and separate from Premium, and your Premium subscription is unaffected either way.

When do I get paid?

Paid plan sales are not live yet, so there is nothing to pay out. When they open, payouts run monthly and the dashboard appears in your coach settings.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Secure, encrypted payments.
