Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How does the commission work?

Coach Pro members keep 80% of every sale. If you're on a free or premium plan and still want to sell, you keep 70%. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe.

What can I charge for a plan?

You set the price - one-time purchase or a recurring monthly subscription. Minimum is £1.99, no maximum. You can also offer plans for free.

Can I upgrade from Premium to Coach Pro?

Yes. You'll only be charged the difference. All your premium features carry over, plus you unlock the Coach tools.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed monthly. You'll see a payout dashboard in your coach settings once enrolled.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Secure, encrypted payments.
