How to perform

Set your forearms on the floor, elbows directly under your shoulders. Extend your legs behind you and rise onto your toes. Squeeze your glutes and brace your abs so your body forms a straight line from head to heels. Breathe normally and hold. If you can hold it for more than about 90 seconds, add load or progress to a harder variation rather than simply holding longer. Common mistakes: hips sagging or piking up, and holding your breath.
