Stand with the bar at arm's length, hands roughly shoulder width, palms facing forward. Keep your elbows tucked at your sides and your torso still. Curl the bar up towards your shoulders, squeezing the biceps at the top. Lower under control all the way to a full stretch. Common mistakes: swinging the torso to generate momentum, letting the elbows drift forwards, and stopping short of full extension.
